Ayari London – Returns & Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our pieces and for hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect sizing
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
We strongly recommend reviewing size guides and product details carefully before placing an order.
Faulty Items
Returns are only accepted if an item is confirmed to be faulty.
If you believe your item is faulty, you must email ayarilondon@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear images showing the fault
• Description of the issue
Items reported after 7 days may not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
We recommend using a tracked return service, as Ayari London is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Delivery and Tracking
All orders are shipped using tracked courier services.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout, the delivery is considered fulfilled.
Ayari London is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered by the courier.
Customers must contact the courier directly if they believe there has been a delivery issue.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Ayari London is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
