Ayari London - Shipping Policy
All Ayari London orders are dispatched using tracked courier services.
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked delivery services.
Tracking details are provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
If a customer believes there has been a delivery issue, they must contact the courier directly to open an investigation using the tracking number provided.
Ayari London is not responsible for parcels that are confirmed as delivered by the courier to the correct delivery address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
